WHO QUALIFIES
Migrant and seasonal farmworkers or ranch-hands.
Applicants must be at least 18 years old and registered with the Selective
Service, if eligible.
Applications must have earned, at least, 50% of income in the agricultural
industry, within the last two years, in any 12 consecutive months period.
